To use:
Each box contains two 30GR tea bags and two filter bags, providing enough for 2 to 4 soaks. Simply place the tea leaves into the filter bag and drop it into a tub of very warm water. Let the herbs steep and release their natural essence as the water reaches a comfortable temperature. Once ready, step in, breathe deeply, and soak.
